We’re currently seeking an A+ Certified Field Service Tech with experience in desktop support. Candidates must have their own car to be able to drive to nearby locations if needed.


  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals

  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems

  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups

  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed

  • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs

  • Works under general supervision


  • 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area required

  • CompTIA A+ certification

  • Some experience supporting networks and servers required

  • Knowledge of a variety of tech support concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Excellent customer service skills required

  • Must be able to drive to nearby locations, if needed

  • May require an Associate's Degree or equivalent
